Holy Spirit Fueled Focus

The explosive growth of the early church brought both opportunity and spiritual danger. As complaints and division threatened the church from within, the apostles responded by staying devoted to prayer and the ministry of the Word, which shows that the gospel—not human organization alone—is what overcomes grumbling, pride, and disunity as the Holy Spirit fuels humility, unity, servant leadership, and faithful gospel witness in the church.
